This manual fills a long-felt need among workers for justice and human rights. It presents methods and practices for organizing groups, trainings, seminars and justice actions for the aid of teachers, community leaders and trainers at the grassroots level. The orientation is based on field experience in Bangladesh and other countries and is especially suitable for a rural environment.
Besides the practical section, the rationale and spirituality of justice and peace activities are also treated. Thus, the manual at the same time educates, motivates and gives practical directives for training others in the important task of justice, peace and human rights.
